QC Coating Inspector specialized in insulation works, with Aramco approval.BriefThe QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and control systems at project sites, ensuringcompliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.Responsibilities:1. Implement and manage QA/QC procedures on construction projects related to insulation and fireproofing.2. Conduct inspection of materials, workmanship, and installation activities in accordance with projectspecifications and standards.3. Prepare, review, and maintain QC documentation, including ITPs, method statements, material approvals, andinspection reports.4. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives for all quality-related matters.5. Issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), investigate root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.6. Liaise with third-party inspectors, consultants, and client QA/QC personnel for site inspections and approvals.7. Monitor site activities to ensure that work is being performed in compliance with HSE and quality protocols.8. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports to management and clients.9. Ensure proper handling and archiving of project quality records for audits and close-out documentation.Skills & Qualification:1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QC Engineer role in the construction industry (preferably with insulationand fireproofing systems).3. Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, project specifications, and technical documents.4. Strong command of English (verbal and written).5. Computer proficiency: MS Office, AutoCAD, and QA/QC reporting tools.6. Familiarity with third-party inspections, client documentation procedures, and handover documentation.7. Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.9. Knowledge of HSE practices and site protocols.Please note that this is a supplier base job with handsome salary package.We are not transferring sponsorship.
