QA/QC Officer | AFET | KSAOverview of the role:To ensure excellence in Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) of core mechanical and electrical construction activities related to the assigned projectWhat you will do:?Draft and finalize Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project?Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and ensure it is followed in all business activities?Review and edit method statements in consultation with Site Engineers and Construction Manager for activities required for the project?Prepare check lists for installation and commissioning procedures?Develop documentation formats for Quality Assurance/Control functions and processes?Raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) to be executed on a daily basis?Witness and review work inspections?Ensure the maintenance of inspection records and results?Arrange to close all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised internally and externally?Provide supervision, guidance, and technical support to QA/QC Engineers and Site Engineers on a periodical basis to meet quality objectives?Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.?Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.
