Job Scope:The QA QC Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes across all phases of construction projects. This role requires collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. The QA QC Manager will also lead audits, inspections, and training initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of quality within the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:?Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for various construction projects.?Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.?Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle.?Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and other documentation related to quality assurance.?Lead root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions as necessary.?Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality management practices.?Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, audits, and other quality-related activities.?Prepare reports on quality performance metrics for senior management review.?Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality management.Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:?Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master?s degree preferred.?Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry.?Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality management frameworks.?Proven experience in leading audits and inspections in large-scale construction projects.?Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.?Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying potential issues proactively.?Proficiency in using QA/QC software tools for documentation and reporting purposes.In Return:Doveworth Limited offers a competitive salary package along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values innovation and teamwork.
