Review the designs created for various projects and examine the technical specifications of all construction activities.
Develop procedures for material, design and prototype testing for all new projects and provide support for resolution of technical issues.
Develop and manage testing scenarios for all new development projects and liaise with construction teams to ensure technical support is provided for all testing requirements.
Review test execution and defects discovered and guide the teams to take corrective action wherever required.
Coordinate with requisite teams to conduct a detailed analysis of highlighted issues and identify steps for resolution / changes in specification.
Stay up to date with industry leading quality management practices and incorporate the same in the Sector?s procedures.
Prepare dashboard with key quality metrics and present to management on a regular basis.
Develop, track, analyze, and publish reports and scorecards that periodically highlight program / project performance trends, conformance to defined quality guidelines, and other critical information.
Maintain relationships with key government officials and ensure that quality related approvals / certifications are obtained by NHC for various projects.
Manage site visits and audit programs, and lead internal audits.
