Your future role & Job Purpose: We are looking to hire QA Auditor, who will be responsible for but not limited to:QA Lead auditor is responsible for ensuring that the customer confidence is always maintained at a high level by ensuring that the customer requirements assured are being met in the organization by developing, monitoring, implementing the quality assurance processes set forth in the organization and continually identifying the area for improvements and ensuring that the processes are being performed in conformance to the management system requirements.Key Accountabilities:

• Provide support to QA Manger by participating in the certification audits, coordinating with external certification bodies to ensure that the quality management system of the organization is well maintained and conforms to the requirements of the standard.
• Participate in Supplier qualification audits and ensure that follow up actions are performed satisfactorily to ensure that the suppliers inducted into ASL are in conformance to IMI?s high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with PMT and perform project specific audits to ensure that project activities are being performed in conformance to customer requirements and complying to IMIs quality standards.
• Assist QA Manager with administrative support functions like providing various weekly/monthly reports, administration and related documentation as and when required
• Support QA Manager in the management and maintenance of Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Perform data analysis on key areas to ensure that continual improvements are being achieved in the processes.
• Ensure audit registers are updated regularly and maintained
• Maintain key relationships with IMS team, Document Control, Project & Operations Team.
• Participate in the safety and quality initiatives of IMS Department

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor?s degree in environmental or relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 to 9/+ years experience in IMS assurance with construction companies, desirably in Oil and gas industry
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard).
• API Q1 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard)
• ISO 45001 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard).
• ISO 17025 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard).
• ISO 55001 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard)
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor (to the latest edition of the standard)
• Communicate (written & oral) in the English language with confidence.
• Excellent listening skills & assertive.
• Excellent auditing skills
• Proficiency in MS office including Visio
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practices
