Supporting and interacting cross-functionally we improve manufacturing processes.Partner with the bestAs a Properties Manager you lead the day-to-day facility operations, services, and maintenance activities across the site. The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner. You will take care of a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.As a Properties Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing sites, may coordinate the maintenance, and other supporting work on the given property.
  • Managing the soft services such as? Cleaning, landscaping, mail room, reception etc.
  • Managing facilities HSE.
  • Space planning and management.
  • Managing budget and cost. Yearly budgeting. Cost center ?? cost management
  • Managing hot/cold Permits. Emergency Response plan.
  • Documenting all the building related Govt approvals, such as Civil defense, Factory license etc.
  • Managing lease and Transactions.
  • Supporting construction projects, Fit outs etc.
  • Setup KPI and SLA for facilities contractors.
  • AMC ? annual Maintenance contract management.
  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Properties).
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Property Management.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Be able to influence others and lead small teams.
