Saudi ArabiaPermanentFull timeOur client is one of the leading companies in the Events industry and They are now looking for a Projects Directorto join their team.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the progress of the planning and execution of each task that has to do with the event
  • Tries as much as possible to have a clear understanding of what the event is all about from the host i.e. how exactly he/she wants the event to be organized (taste of the client)
  • Serves as a link between the event and external bodies
  • Provides recruitment and training/coaching for the organizing committee for the purposeof an event
  • Development of general event management policies
  • Supervision of the production process of an event
  • Make sure that staff and work personnel at the event adhere to the management policies that were put in place to minimize hiccups during the course of the event.
  • Responsible for organizing a successful execution of an event.
  • Create reports, budgets and revenue forecast in order to maintain and manage an efficient department.
  • Conduct ROI analysis to ensure effective allocation of corporate funds and staffing resources to achieve business and sales objectives.
  • Manage weekly BEO meetings to discuss the upcoming events with other department heads to ensure the proper execution of all events.
  • Manage all aspects of these events and act as onsite manager to ensure meeting are delivered effectively and professionally.
  • Promote the mission of the college, and provide leadership and staff support for special college, alumni and community events.
