Job Description

Project Scheduler developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensuring that project timelines are realistic, achievable, and adaptable to changing circumstances.Job briefWe are looking for a Project Scheduler to prepare, manage and file projects schedules.Project Scheduler responsibilities include initiating projects schedules, is responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling project activities. They work closely with project managers and teams to develop detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience reviewing technical documents along with the ability to spot errors.Managing each task and its duration to ensure all deliverables are met on time. They create, update, and monitor the schedule that concerns the entire project team.Ultimately, support our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.Responsibilities:• Copy, scan and store documents• Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts, Job descriptions, data sheets and MDS.• Developing and maintaining project schedules for multiple projects.• Ability to utilize scheduling techniques like Gantt charts and critical path analysis. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate project schedules• Monitors project progress, updates schedules as needed, and communicates with stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules.• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement• Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as neededRequirements and skills• Proven work experience as a Projects scheduler or similar role• Familiarity with project management• Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law• Well experience in planning and scheduling softwares such as Primavera, MS Projects and equivalents.• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel and MS Access.• Hands-on experience with SAP• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)• Proficient typing and editing skills• Data organization skills• Attention to detail and well-organized thinking• BSc degree in Planning, scheduling or Project Management.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
