Project Procurement ManagerJob Location : Saudi ArabiaKey Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage procurement activities for large-scale Cross Country Pipeline Projects.•Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services in compliance with project requirements and Saudi Aramco standards.•Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality.•Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.•Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure the delivery of quality goods and services.Desired Skills:•Strong knowledge of procurement processes for EPC projects.•Extensive experience in managing procurement for pipeline projects, specifically in the oil and gas sector.•Previous experience working with Saudi Aramco on similar projects is a must.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
