Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestThe Project Manager Surface Pressure Control will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources, producing, assembling and delivering replacement parts and equipment. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for: Managing direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, representing customers in production meetings, and communicating status to the customer Reviewing business options for profit impacts, for compliance with contracts, policies and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction Completing customer and internal paperwork. Coordinating the shop and/or programing reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs Managing important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internallyFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college Have 5+ years of experience in Surface pressure control Have 8+years of experience in project management in MENATI region Have ability to build consensus and relationships with clients, managers, partners, and employees Have experience in oracle & API is essential, API 6A would be a bonus Have experience with our local customers is a bonus Have excellent communication skills Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
