Innovating in the energy industry, surface pressure control capabilities are industry-leading.Partner with the bestThe Project Manager Surface Pressure Control will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources, producing, assembling and delivering replacement parts and equipment.As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources
  • Working closely with the shop to resolve issues, representing customers in production meetings, and communicating status to the customer
  • Reviewing business options for profit impacts, for compliance with contracts, policies and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Completing customer and internal paperwork. Coordinating the shop and/or programing reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary
  • Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes
  • Handling complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs
  • Managing important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
  • Have Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management)
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Leadership
  • Have ability to build consensus and relationships with clients, managers, partners, and employees
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
  • Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
