Project Manager Fire System* Riad, Saudi Arabia * Project Management * 314700 Smart Infrastructure · Executing the projects within the defined Requirements (e.g. Cost, Time, Functionality, Customer Satisfaction). · Product knowledge of UL / EN Fire Portfolio. · 5 7 years Experience in execution of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting / Suppression Mechanical Projects. · Ensuring Business success and satisfaction of the customer, knowledge of NFPA and local Fire regulations. · Parallel Project handling depending on size and time schedule of this projects; while maintaining or improving the target project gross margin, and ensuring team competence and productivity · Responsible for project values approx. 1 - 100 m SAR · Actively gather information on the customer and the customers requirements/targets, Involves the customer in decision-making and provides regular information and Manages customer expectations and concludes the project to the satisfaction of the customer · Identifies/creates additional opportunities for strengthen customer commitment and market position, where applicable · Actively involved in the Sales / Project initiation, analyzing customers requirements, and examining their technical feasibility and transferability into bid or project proposal · Throughout project life cycle, Identifies and assesses all risks factors utilizing available measurement Risk, Opportunity tools · the Influence formulation of necessary contracts, negotiate with stakeholders on change requests, Contract / Claim, Involves the project team in changes and claims · Select and involves subcontractors / partners, monitor their performance, Negotiate agreements in full alignment of customer contract. · Handles all PM@-relevant planning elements and milestones, Set up and monitors Project plan, Organize acceptance tests and final project handover to contract partner · Ensuring effective communication with all relevant stakeholders agrees targets with project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authorities Your Qualifications And Skills Digital And Solid! · Bachelors Degree in electrical / Mechanical / Engineering Degree · 5 7 Years · Fire Systems (Alarm systems and Mechanical Systems), Knowledge of UL / EN Portfolio · preferably NFPA certified (Not mandatory) · Negotiation skills · English Language As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced engineering technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide, while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
