About the Role:We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team for a school building project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:•Oversee and manage all phases of the school building construction project.•Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.•Ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.•Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.•Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.•Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.Key Requirements:•Experience: 15+ years in construction management, with a focus on building projects.•Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.•KSA Experience: Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.•Strong leadership and project management skills.•Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to project needs.
