ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end project execution for civil works on PEB industrial/factory/warehouse projects.Coordinate and manage project documentation and workflows including RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC drawings, Shop Drawings, MOM and risk assessments.Conduct regular meetings with consultants, clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders; ensure proper reporting and follow-ups.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, safety standards, and timelines.Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and manage risks proactively to ensure on-time delivery.Support planning, resource allocation, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PMP certification is preferred/promotable).15+ years of overall experience (mandatory).Minimum 5+ years experience in PEB buildings (industrial / factories / warehouses) — Do not apply if less.Must be bilingual: English & Arabic.Must be a Member of SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers).Strong knowledge of project/site documentation processes: RFI, MIR, WPR, IFC, shop drawings, MOM, meetings, and risk assessments.Must have transferable iqama.Must be able to join immediately.Obligation car (as per company policy/requirement).BenefitsOpportunity to lead a high-impact project in Riyadh.Competitive package (details shared during screening).(Note: Final terms depend on interview and client requirements.)
