Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage projects portfolio initiatives within our diversified family office sector.2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.3. Develop and implement projects plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.4. Monitor projects progress, identify potential risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.5. Prepare and present regular projects status reports to management.6. Ensure projects are completed within the allocated timeframe and budget.7. Conduct thorough analyses and research to support decision-making processes.8. Structure deals and arrangements with relevant parties, stakeholders or entities as per projects requirements9. Build and present quick business cases and financial models to assess new partnership opportunities10. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the team.Skills and Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in a relevant field.2. 5 to 7 years of experience in consultancy/business projects management/transformation offices. Being exposed to M&As or acquisitions environment is a plus.
