We are urgently seeking a qualified Project Manager with the following credentials:Requirements:- Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management- At least 7+ years of relevant experience in the Gulf region- Proven leadership and site coordination capabilitiesResponsibilities:- Manage and supervise civil and structural construction activities- Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality compliance- Ensure adherence to international safety standards and regulations- Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies- Lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors- Oversee resource planning, material procurement, and logistics- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues- Enforce best practices in quality control and safety management
