Job Description

Lemal tech Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Riyadh. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from inception to delivery and ensuring delivery meets time, cost and quality standards. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as software developers, product managers, operations, and business units to ensure successful project delivery. Additional tasks include ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined, stakeholders are aligned, and progress is monitored regularly.Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management methodologies and techniques, with an understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Experience managing multiple software development projects at the same time.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to operate within a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.) is desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration, or equivalent experience in related fields.
