Our ClientA leading technology consultancy in KSA are looking for a strong Quality Control Manager to join their team.Job Summary:Were seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on our strategic industrial partnerships in the MENA region. In this role, youll drive IT projects using Agile methodologies, helping customers realize the full potential of our Industrial DataOps platform, Cognite Data Fusion (CDF), and modern cloud technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include project planning, execution, and ensuring customer success by achieving business goals on time and within budget. This role reports to the Head of Solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for project management initiatives across the department.
• Agile Expertise: Act as Scrum Master or Agile coach for multiple teams, ensuring effective Agile practices across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key business executives and IT stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring timely and effective risk management throughout the project.
• Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenses to ensure that they remain within budget, making adjustments as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee QA and testing processes to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on project status, presenting to senior management as required.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct project retrospectives, gathering lessons learned and implementing improvements for future projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Account Management and Sales teams to align project objectives with customer expectations and business opportunities, ensuring a seamless flow of information for effective planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies (CSM/PSM, SAFe, etc.) and PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects, particularly in industrial sectors.
• Strong experience in IT product development and IT service provisioning.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Mastery of project management software (ClickUP, JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
