Job profile includes planning, directing, and coordinating the projects operations. He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the business and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods.What you will do:Project Management?ÿÿÿDevelop and implement the project execution plan, ensuring the implementation of quality control standards and cost control on the project for on-time completion.?ÿÿÿDeliver the projects on time, within the budget and quality set by the organization.?ÿÿÿLiaising with all stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.?ÿÿÿCoordinating with project managers and project directors in ensuring timely order of materials and planning/arranging of labor / sub-contractors.?ÿÿÿSupervising, monitoring, and reporting project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on-time completion. Lead Projects progress meetings and coordinate with other departments.?ÿÿÿOverseeing the installation and construction work from time to time and ensuring efficient standards of workmanship are maintained.?ÿÿÿEnsuring that a proper record of the completed project documentation is available on completion of the project.?ÿÿÿElaboration and update of the project planning data (an-effort, actual costs versus budget, times-schedules, personnel deployment planning etc.)Cost Management?ÿÿÿExecute the projects within estimated material/labor/staff costs.?ÿÿÿMake monthly payment applications, obtain certification, and collection ? thru QS & Finance.?ÿÿÿObtain variation orders on scope changes instructed by the employer.Engineering?ÿÿÿMonitor and ensure pre-construction project activities (material submittals and drawings) are executed in line with the project plan.?ÿÿÿEnsure adequate resources are assigned to the project in coordination with the project head.?ÿÿÿEnsure Engineering/Design complies with Local Authorities and the specialist manufacturers recommendation.Quality Standards?ÿÿÿResponsible for the assignment of adequate QA/QC staff?ÿÿÿMonitor and control the quality performance of the projects?ÿÿÿEnsure no quality deviations occur in the projectsHealth, Safety & Environment?ÿÿÿEnsuring that all company and sub contract personnel are complying with AFE HSE Policy.?ÿÿÿActively support and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.
