Job Description

  • Job location: Eastern Province Ras AlKhar Port.
  • Holding Engineering bachelors degree - (Electrical / Communication)
  • Must have 15 years ofexperience.
  • Must have 10 Years in EPC Projects
  • Minimum 5 years in physical security or low current projects.
  • PMP certification.
  • The Project Manager shall take full responsibility for the WORK from the effective date of the Contract until Project Completion.
  • PM should have sufficient knowledge about Saudi industry (must have experience in HCIS projects).
  • Should have good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Should be able to handle out-of-scope customers requirements while maintaining a healthy relationship.
  • Should be responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units.
  • Provide on-site leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project bouldering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork.
  • innovation and excellence. Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
  • Monitor staff performance and complete performance reviews. Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, issues, & communicating across leadership.
