About the Position(s): AE7 Riyadh is looking for a Project Manager to work on international projects.Preferred candidates will have experience / expertise in both commercial and private projects of various sizes and scale.About AE7: AE7 is a multi-disciplinary design firm with more than 500 creative professionals based in 11 offices across the globe. The firm works on a variety of projects, including: Master Planning, Destination Developments, Healthcare, Hospitality, Higher Education, Residential, Civic, Commercial, and Infrastructure.Role DefinitionReporting to: PrincipalResponsibilities:

  • The Project Manager will act as the Face of AE7 to our Clients.
  • The Project Manager is the point of contact to all members of the project and all facets of the project work and manages the policies and procedures set forth in the company.
  • The PM coordinates with various disciplines to work together.
  • Responsible for total delivery of Engineering Services to the best professional standards.
  • Work as a team leader during all the project stages.
  • Set targets, monitor progress and make critical decisions as to how to deliver projects on time and within budget, and to meet clients? expectations.
  • Manage subconsultants, set standards, goals and objectives to be achieved by subconsultants and ensure their delivery.
  • Implement the Quality Management System and evaluate where continual improvements can be made.
  • Other duties as requested from time to time.
