Job Description

Project Manager (Industrial Inspection Services KSA & GCC)Position Summary:To provide project management oversight, be accountable for the safe and effective delivery of the contract and services to the agreed scope and specification, time scale and costs.Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for single (complex) projects, portfolio of projects and meeting the defined criteria that triggers project oversight.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to Coordinators. Recruiters and Sales.
  • Represents and acts on behalf of the business.
  • Accountable for all aspects of project performance, service delivery and safety management systems.
  • Management of the bid and tender development processes.
  • Identification, sourcing and coordination of effective full-time and part-time resources.
  • Plan all aspects of contract compliance and management.
  • Conducting regular project and contract reviews.
  • Coordination of both technical and related project specific administrative activities.
  • Proficiency with project planning and reporting tools and have an understanding of Project Management practices and processes.
  • Good influencing and motivational skills demonstrated through leadership and management or facilitating services to others.
