A. Project Manager - Mechanical - KSARole Accountabilities:

Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Liaise with consultants, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
Implement strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
Reduce the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
Interact with client and consultant regarding the status of work
Manage Inspection of day-to-day activities performed by subcontractors.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
Complete necessary quality assurance documentation of work under the direct control
Negotiate with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications
Check all installations in the preliminary stage
Adhere to the company QHSE policy at all times.
Co-ordinate with the Client/Consultant, Project Management Team of Main-contractors, subcontractors, and other service contractors
Report All QHSE incidents immediately and take necessary precautions.
