Lead the planning and design of projects, monitor implementation of project plans, and track progress along key milestones.
Analyze project requirements and accordingly conduct resource allocation and planning of activity schedules.
Gather data from internal teams in order to support project feasibility analysis and make recommendations to the senior leadership team for advancing projects.
Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure that designs of architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (), and structural drawings meet the project requirements for all assigned projects.
Work closely with project teams to identify dependencies across multiple projects and ensure resolution of any roadblocks.
Conduct analysis on financial parameters for development of project budgets and ensure adherence to deliver against established business goals / objectives.
Monitor adherence to internal and external quality standards for all projects.
Coordinate with engineering teams and other internal teams for resolution of technical / logistical issues and secure management support if needed.
Support engineering teams to create procurement requirements and analyze alignment with budgets and quality norms.
Coordinate with internal legal team to prepare applications for legal clearances required for projects and share the same with relevant authorities.
Prepare consolidated project status and financial information reports on a regular basis and share with management.
Lead incorporation of changes suggested by management based on research on market best practices related to project management.
