Review and approve the plans for development projects and track their progress on key business metrics such as cost, timelines and resource utilization.
Review and provide feedback on project feasibility analysis to the project team to help advance the projects.
Coordinate with project managers to remain informed of dependencies across multiple inter-related projects.
Supervise and approve budgets for projects and drive adherence to deliver against established business goals / objectives.
Ensure project teams adhere to internal and external quality standards for all projects.
Guide project managers as they coordinate with internal legal team to evaluate and obtain legal clearances for all project.
Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of project related requirements.
Identify and manage financial, operational, and safety related risks across projects.
Stay up to date with market and industry developments and leverage industry connections in order to build and construct properties as per business objective.
Guide and oversee project management and construction activities in order to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and technical specifications.
Monitor resource allocation activities and coordinate with internal teams and external construction contractors to ensure appropriate resource utilization.
Review consolidated project status and financial information consolidated by project managers and report to Sector leadership.
Identify and introduce best practices in order to ensure continuous improvement across the project development value chain.
