We are a leading company specializing in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. With a focus on delivering high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective projects, we are looking for a seasoned Project General Manager to oversee our operations and project management activities in Saudi Arabia.Job Requirements:1.Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction or municipal projects, with a bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2.Experience in project management in the Middle East region (especially Saudi Arabia) is preferred. Proficiency in English or Arabic communication is an advantage.3.Fully responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the company’s engineering projects in the Saudi Arabian region, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.4.Develop and implement the companys project management strategy, optimize project management processes, and enhance project execution efficiency and profitability.5.Lead the project team and coordinate the work of various departments (such as Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Cost Control, etc.) to ensure efficient resource allocation.6.Oversee project budgets, cost control, and risk management, ensuring financial targets are met.7.Handle communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and government departments, maintaining good collaborative relationships.8.Evaluate risks and issues during project execution, and promptly develop solutions to ensure smooth project progression.9.Regularly report to senior management on project progress, financial status, and key issues.Salary Package?Negotiate
