Job Description

  • Review of shop drawings and submittals in accordance with the contract requirements and design intent.
??
  • Supervise and monitoring labors productivity.
??
  • Prepare engineering analysis of projects to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.
??
  • Conduct surveys to gather field data.
??
  • Prepare and interpret drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
??
  • Making, checking As-built drawings as per site construction.
??
  • Process the Contractor request for inspections, request for clarification etc. in a timely manner.
??
  • Issuing Site Instruction, Field Notices, Etc. for any technical matters related to implementation of work.
??
  • Monitor daily workflow of assigned Team
??
  • Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of project plans at site.
??
  • Liaison with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
??
  • Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule.
