Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the site construction activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify that all finishes and fit-outs are executed according to specifications and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee maintenance plans for completed projects
  • Participate in the bidding process for new projects, preparing cost estimates.
  • Maintain good relations with clients and other stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates on project progress.
  • Ensure that all work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule, and promptly address any deviations.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
  • Possess a problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience on Commercial Interior/Fit-Out Projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
