As a pivotal member of our construction team, the Project Director will bring extensive experience in water park construction projects and possess the strategic acumen to oversee the successful delivery of the project. Proficiency in SAP is imperative for efficient project coordination and management.Responsibilities:Project Leadership:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire water park construction project.
• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion.

Team Management:

• Build and lead a high-performing project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
• Foster a positive team culture and encourage professional development.

Budget and Financial Oversight:

• Assume responsibility for overall project budgeting and financial management.
• Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular financial updates.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks associated with the project and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Oversee the development and execution of risk management plans.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement robust quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.

SAP Utilization:

• Leverage SAP for comprehensive project tracking, resource management, and reporting.
• Ensure the seamless integration of SAP functionalities into project management processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience in a leadership role on large-scale water park construction projects.
3. Proven proficiency in SAP and its application in complex project management scenarios.
4. Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
5. Strong understanding of construction project financials and budget management.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
8. In-depth knowledge of local construction regulations and industry best practices.
