Faithful+Gould are looking for an Infrastructure Project Director (IPD) in KSA for mega projects.Technical CompetenciesEssentialo Competence in English language (Arabic would be advantageous)o Currently based in KSA preferredo Knowledgeable in computer-aided designo Proven track record of successful delivery of major infrastructure projects from concept to detailed design and completion of constructiono Experience and knowledge of the Middle East market and in particular the bridges, highways and utilities sectors is a distinct advantageEssentialo High degree of accuracy required.o Must be able to work independently with a proactive approacho Able to engage in successful client relationshipso Able to work in a team environmento Technical leadership on large multi-disciplinary project deliveryo Lead single and multi-disciplinary discipline bids, with a clear focus on what is needed to wino Continue to build relationships with existing clients, securing repeat business and identifying additional business opportunitieso Build and motivate a team and demonstrate good leadership qualitieso Manage and report on project performanceo Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and ensure that a good Health & Safety culture is engendered within the teamo Staff recruitment, retention and development making sure staff reach their performance potentialo Develop a highly motivated and performing team creating opportunities for the development of individualso Provide technical expertise on a variety of large engineering projectso Oversee delivery, designs and budgets and drive projects from tender to delivery in a multi-disciplinary environmento Increase your networking profile with both internal and external clientso A confident and articulate communicator with experience of dealing with clients and building strong working relationshipso Ability to position F+G as a leading partner and supplier through a reputation for technical excellence and quality of delivery on major multidisciplinary projectso A high expectation of performance for themselves and other members of the team, coupled with a drive for continuous improvemento Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills both verbally and in writingo Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as within a larger multi-discipline teamo Excellent team player, able to influence technical and delivery staff, and collaborate effectively with other divisional colleagues and with the leadership teamo Ability to fully engage staff through their alignment with business objectives, promoting involvement, and fostering loyaltyo Technical leadership of the Projecto Revenue and margin targets for the Projecto Ability to win work with key clientso Staff development and performanceo Value creation through technical excellence strategyo Collaborative behaviours supporting and championing business objectivesOur aim is to protect and maximize our clients interests throughout the planning and delivery of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget.
