Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Manpower Resource Management:Planning and coordinating manpower requirements for projects and resource allocation.Ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet project needs and deadlines.Managing employee time off, including vacation, sick leave, and other absences.Working with Human Resources to address staffing issues and ensure compliance with labor laws.2. Project Support:Supporting project managers in various aspects of project execution, including task assignment, communication, and documentation.Assisting with budget tracking and financial reporting related to manpower costs.Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues related to manpower.3.Communication and Collaboration:Communicating with project teams, clients, and employees to keep them informed about project progress and manpower status.Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.Maintaining accurate records and documentation of manpower activities and project progress.4.Other Duties:May assist with other administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, or managing project documents.May be involved in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.May assist with the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for the project.5.Skills and Qualifications:Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.6.Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.7.Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.8.Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues related to manpower and project execution.9.Time Management Skills: The ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.10.Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations: Understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.11.Experience with Project Management Software: Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft CRM or ODOO.Salary: Shall be discussed after interview.Transportation: Provided Car.Probation: 3 Months.Joining: Immediately.Contract Duration: 2 Years & renewable.Employment Status: Transferable Iqama Only.
