Location: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaIndustry: Oil & Gas / PetrochemicalType: Full-Time / ContractAre you an experienced Project Control Engineer looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic, high-impact environment Join our project team in Jubail and play a key role in the successful delivery of major EPC projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.- Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques.- Prepare cost control reports, forecast estimates, and budget performance summaries.- Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align deliverables.- Track and manage scope changes and their impacts on schedule and cost.- Support risk management by identifying and assessing project risks.- Generate weekly and monthly project reports (dashboards, S-curves, variance analysis).- Ensure compliance with client standards, procedures, and industry best practices.Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.- 3-4 years of project controls experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Excel (advanced), and cost control systems (SAP, Ecosys).- Familiarity with EPC project lifecycles and contract structures.- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills- Available in Saudi Arabia for F2F Interview- Transferrable Iqama
