The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings, and educational facilities.Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced people.Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding of earned value management system (EVMS) and range of data available to process on large construction programmes.
• Having knowledge of change management, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and progress management is essential for this role.
• Managing record of detail-oriented EV-related data analysis and raising issues with data in a timely manner.
• Processing cost and schedule data to calculate and analyze program performance.
• Performing data quality checks and raising/discussing/resolving data errors and anomalies in collaboration with the team.
• Using data mapping between cost and schedule systems.
• Having knowledge and use of the Primavera (P6) system on big programmes. (Knowledge of load spring environment is plus).
• Having expertise in mass data export/import from/to Primavera (P6), excel (Heavy emphasis on cost/EV-related data exchange).
• Collaboratively work with other work streams (commercial, planning, scheduling, reporting etc).
• Developing tabular and graphical reports related to progress measurement and EVMS.
• Being able to interpret EV-related data and provide narratives as and when required.
• Being aware of industry best practices and ensuring EV analysis is performed in a manner that is compliant with programme requirements.
