Job Responsibilities? Plan & Manage new stores/Events setup and configurationo Procurement of hardware and software?s licenses (POS + other non POS equipment) following IT procurementprocesso Coordinate with different IT teams/vendors/partners to ensure proper and timely delivery of solutions (WIFI,network, PC?s ?etc.)o Proper and timely configuration of POS Systems/Usero Ensure setup is done in compliance with Alghanim IT standards & security policy? Handle multiple size projects from small event set-up, to new store launch, to multi-store launch? Support: Incidents and service requests management.o Ensure timely solution delivery for incidents & service requestso Ensure incidents and requests are resolved within agreed SLA?s through proactive follow up with vendors/partners and IT teams.o Ensure Timely closure for service tickets and incidentso Monthly Analysis to incidents and service tickets to reduce repetitive issues? Handle change requests until solution delivery? Development of SOP?s and training manuals? Conduct Refresher trainings? Licenses tracking
