We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experiencedProject Administration Managerto join our team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Would you like to be part of a dynamic EPC leader with global presence Wed like to meet you.Join our worldwide journey!Role Summary:You will be responsiblefor monitoring and supportingthe project team and implementing our IMS (Integrated Management System) at project level.You will be the point of contact for troubleshooting cases regarding theadministration activitiessuch as company licenses, equipment registration and coordination with local authorities.What you will need to do:

• Ensure the implementation of IMS and Company Policies at Project-level.
• Ensure compliance with local rules and regulations and follow up relevant legislative updates.
• Oversee the Facility Management function which includes the management of camps, offices & premises.
• Manage tenancy/ leasing agreements as per Project requirements.
• Ensure that the Security Standards are followed for company Assets and employees.
• Comply with companys HSE Standards and local rules and regulations.
• Oversee the logistics and transportation of employees and visitors.
• Support medical needs of employees and dependents as required. i.e. coordination with medical facilities and clinics
• Oversee operation of secretarial function including document controlling, archiving, and distribution.
• Oversee opening & maintenance of Employees Bank Accounts & Bank Card issuance.
• Point of contact for Labor Office Inspections
• Support administratively all Project operational needs as required.
• Ensure timely acquisition of work permits, Gate Passes, and IDs
• Ensure timely acquisition of necessary licenses for:
• Drivers and Operators Licenses
• Land and Floating Equipment
• Operators and Equipment Third Party Certification

What you will need to have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction, Administration and Operations preferably in MENA Region
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or other related field, Postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
• Professional working proficiency (written and oral) of English language
• Speaking Arabic and fluent English are prerequisites
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite
