Program Manager - Culture - Saudi ArabiaProgram management experience in Culture, Archeology, Conservation, Heritage Site Management, Wildlife, Nature, or Art CollectionClient DetailsProgram Manager - Culture - Saudi ArabiaLeading Public Sector and Government Client dedicated to preserving & developing archeological, wildlife, and heritage sites in the regionDescriptionProgram Manager - Culture - Saudi ArabiaCommunicate with internal and external stakeholders to gain community support for the program and to solicit input to improve the program delivery Coordinate the delivery of services within the program to increase effectiveness and efficiencyDevelop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the program. Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvementEnsure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards Ensure continuous alignment between the program of projects and strategic objectives, as well as departmental goals Ensure that all financial records for the individual projects making up the program are up to date Ensure that forms and records to document program activities are maintained Ensure that program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program and project activities and take appropriate action to control the risks Liaise with head of EPMO, Project Portfolio Manager, Strategy and other PMs to ensure delivery or unique goals and reducing rework Monitor the program and project activities on a regular basis and conduct periodical evaluation according to the program evaluation framework Plan the delivery of the overall program of projects and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the organizationReport evaluation findings to the Head of EPMO and recommend changes to enhance the projects and programs, as appropriate Report on the program progress, as well as individual project progressProfileProgram Manager - Culture-Seeking a candidate with experience in any of the following types of projects / programs:Arts, Culture & Creative industriesArchaeology and ConservationArt CollectionsHeritage Site ManagementWildlife, Nature and Horticulture-Written and Oral proficiency of English language-Excellent communication skills-Exceptional analytical skills-Proficient in various financial management software, such as FactSet, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg Terminal, and BlackRock Aladdin-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Highly organized and detail orientedJob OfferExciting career opportunity to join a reputed Public Sector entity in the region to work on special porjects in Arts, Culture & Creative industries, Archaeology & Conservation, Art Collections, Heritage Site Management, Wildlife, Nature and Horticulture.
