As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.We currently have openings for a Program Director - DERMS. In this position you will be responsible for driving business development activities including DERMS product discussions, strategic sales and marketing initiatives, industry relationships and conference participation. The DERMS Program Director will work with potential and existing customers to define use cases, design solutions, and support proposal/contract activities as a Subject Matter Expert. The position will work with OSI stakeholders to ensure a successful long-term DERMS product strategy to meet dynamically changing industry needs. Specific on-the-job training will be provided. As a Program Director - DERMS your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead solution scoping and sales discussions with utility customers
  • Support existing sales, proposal, and marketing teams as DERMS subject matter expert
  • Participate in industry events and conferences
  • Develop sales initiatives, lead creation of marketing material, support pipeline development
  • Influence OSI DERMS product roadmap to meet industry needs
