Job Description

  • Administrate applications and promote application code from in-house application development teams.
  • Coordinate with teams and resolve all complex application and system issues.
  • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
  • Perform root cause assessment and debug all issues in production related to server domain, availability of applications and performance.
  • Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems.
  • Assist in support hours of operation and off hour production emergencies.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation on all issues and solutions.
