We are seeking experienced Mechanical Production Supervisors with a strong background in steel structural fabrication, pressure vessels, and related fields to oversee production activities. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and excellent supervisory skills.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate fabrication and assembly of steel structures, pressure vessels, and tanksEnsure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsMonitor production processes and optimize workflowReview and verify technical drawings and proceduresManage and guide fabrication staffEnsure timely completion of production targetsQualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)5-7 years relevant experience in steel structural fabrication, pressure vessels, tanks, or pipingGood knowledge of ASME, API 650, AWS D1.1 standardsFamiliarity with Tekla, Etabs, SAP, Staad.Pro, Idea Statica softwareStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
