What you?ll doResponsible for implementing the instructions & the orders passed by the Manager to achieve the desired production output.Ensuring effective analysis of the production process & optimal utilization of resources (RM, Machinery & Manpower).Assisting the team to maintain all the production documents at one place as per the SHE & ISO standards.Ensuring effective Creation & Controlling of SAP & Master data.Providing necessary technical support to team members & to the other plant technical team if required.Providing technical training to the staff as well as workers.Conducting the risk assessment of the production division.Complete one on one meeting with production supervisors & the team members on a monthly basis with regard to the production & the individual performance.What makes you a good fitDegree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.Should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in the field of Manufacturing & 2 to 4 years in chemical industry.Should have experience in Project Management.Should have very good verbal and written communication skills.Good proven leadership and management skill.Must show proficiency in critical and analytical thinking.Ability to manage efficiently in high stress situationsShould have very good SAP & FPC (Factory Production system) knowledgeYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
