Minimum academic training Professional Training II at least 3 demonstrable years of experience in similar positions.? Basic training in Occupational Risks.? Supervise all activities carried out in the machining area.? Responsible for assigning resources to the machining and burr areas according to the workload and evaluation of changes based on possible incidents.? Monitoring and coordination with the planning department of the machining orders planned to be produced in the area.? Supervise that the security systems installed in the machines and the companys security standards are complied with.? Ensure that the requirements, processes and work instructions specified in the Quality and Maintenance manuals are maintained and fulfilled within the area.? Coordinate the resolution of equipment or installation problems with the maintenance area.? Guarantee technical support to operators for the correct development of productive activities.? Supervise, evaluate and develop the skills of the section staff, by proposing and coordinating training plans and support in the selection of personnel for the area.? Take the appropriate resolutions for the solution of possible incidents both at the personnel level and operational problems.Preferred Experience / Skills: ? Familiar with work safety standards.? Extensive knowledge in machining (machining strategies, programming, interpretation of drawings and quality requirements).? Recommendable knowledge of the products manufactured or marketed.? Minimal knowledge of office automation at intermediate level, especially Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook).? Desirable knowledge of SAP environment.? Desirable previous experience in the company in the specific area.?
