Job Description

Ninja Food is looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to define product strategy, gather user feedback, and drive product enhancements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and has a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy based on market research, user insights, and business goals
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, plan timelines, and manage resources
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvements
  • Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure product specifications are implemented accurately and meet user requirements
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics and performance indicators, making data-driven decisions and recommendations for product iterations and optimizations
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the technology or food industry
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile development processes
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with product management tools and software
  • Passion for consumer-facing products and delivering exceptional user experiences
