Drill Bits to join the team in Saudi Arabia.Partner with the bestAs Product Line Director - Drill Bits, you will manage the company operations of all Drill Bits. You will act as the primary resource on all issues related to execution of sales and services. This includes cost/budget compliance, resource allocation and management as well as team leadership.In this role, you will be responsible for: Presenting a clear and compelling vision for the PL (Product Line) on strategy, business and support of own unit. Persuading senior business management to change structures, roles, ways of working as appropriate. Being able to gauge a multi-layered department and to lead team in developing and implementing a midterm plan. Leading a PL that is composed of different teams and works on multinational or even global level or leadership roles for large and complex organizations with local scope. Being responsible for employee management and development, inventory management, sales, engineering, maintenance, operations, service, HSE, quality, training, planning and budget management Taking strategic decisions regarding product LineFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelors in a related discipline Have at least 10 years of experience in managing a product line and leadership role in Oil & gas Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex issues Have extensive business skills necessary to maximize gross margins and improve operational efficiency.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
