Consistently deliver an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to all future customers and conducting test drives as well as prepare the customers for their future with a vehicle, setup the vehicle for the customer, going through all the features of the vehicle and able to answer any question related to electric mobility and the brand.
ÿWhat you will do:ÿÿÿÿ
Delivering a warm welcome to all walk-in customers quickly and as proficiently as possible, by coordinating with employees and customers.
Welcome all Showroom visitors, log reasons for visit and forwarding to relevant team members
Providing excellent and a delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures
Resolving customer queries promptly, within company guidelines, before escalating to higher level if necessary
Attending to customer needs, understand their requirements so that maximum number of enquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly
Support sales team to: Achieve monthly unit sale targets by taking the customer on a structured ?one offer? journeyÿ
Logging Visits (including time, date and visitor details)
Capture customer data in DMS (test drive, ID details, email address, etc.).
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures
Vehicle preparation according to standards.
Handover vehicles to customers in a customer focused and tailored manner.
Achieve 100% of the mandatory required training as per Al Futtaim and OEM requirements
Ensure knowledge of competition activities to be able to counter customer arguments.
