RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:Ensure locally available material and services required for Saudi Downhole are purchased and delivered in a timely manner. Maintain and update a list of approved vendors supplying all required products / services. Add vendors as necessary. Ensure vendors are registered properly as per all relevant NOV policies.
