Review and Evaluate Material Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Inspection Assignment Package and transmit to Saudi Aramco for review and approval, review and approved vendor Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) in coordination with QA Manager. Coordinate Saudi Aramco and third-party inspectors regarding pre-inspection meetings, verify collection of Nonmaterial Requirements (NMR). Participate in the required inspection meeting, communicate with vendor inspectors and third-party inspection coordinator and collect from them Quality reports, Non-conformance reports (NCR) and any other quality reports, ensure that NCR issued by Saudi Aramco is closed out, perform as concurrently as vendor inspector with technical assistance through pool of discipline inspectors, Implementation of applicable inspection requirements.
