GCC experience of minimum 5 years and overall 15 years in a large civil contracting company specializing in building projects. Good knowledge of material specifications and costs of major construction elements needed for the business including longlead items. Know-how of international procurement processes, procedures and the implications for the business. Ability to carry out commercial / contractual negotiations effectively.This position is based in Saudi Arabia. All Nationalities are welcome to apply.
