Our agility, expertise, and holistic approach have helped smoothen the processes and paths of Saudi public impact initiatives operating under the Vision 2030 umbrella.We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Finance team, they will be responsible for strategizing to find cost-effective deals and supplier,initiating procurement partnerships, devising and using effective procurement and sourcing strategiesRequirementsKey responsibilities and objectivesNegotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms for TAMApprove the ordering of necessary goods and servicesFinalize purchase details of orders and deliveriesExamine and test existing contractsTrack and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectivenessCollaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the companyControl spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costsSolving problem with rigor, empathy, efficiency and innovative waysLives our purpose and stands up for valuesRequirementsBachelors and Masters degree, or an MBA qualification is a plus6+ years of relevant experienceSignificant and proven working experience as a Procurement Manager or Procurement OfficerKnowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques in KSA marketAptitude in decision-making and working with numbersProficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and writtenCompetenciesExcellent negotiations and networking skillsAbility to interact effectively with all levels of managementExperience and skills in working within a complex environment with demonstrated capabilities in handling procurement operationsStrong research methodology and analytical skillsStrong networker and sharing of ideas and knowledgeClear and up-to-date understanding of procurement practicesPeople oriented and value driven
