Job Requirements:• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement for infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia.• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and factories (infrastructure materials such as pipes, backfilling materials, concrete, etc.).• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) – mandatory.• Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.• Owning a personal car is preferred.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Key Responsibilities:• Sourcing suppliers and securing the best quotations.• Issuing purchase orders and following up on material deliveries to sites.• Coordinating with project and engineering teams to ensure material compliance with specifications.• Visiting suppliers and factories as needed.• Preparing periodic reports on procurement and supply status.Work Location:Riyadh Saudi Arabia
