5 years of Experience in Procurement and Supply activities; in managing materials procurement and tracking activities for a large Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Project.- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.- Saudi Arabia supply chain market knowledge is beneficial.- Quality Workflow and Standards knowledge is is beneficial.- Oracle ERP Software knowledge is beneficial.- Prepare and Send RFQ packages to bidders advised by Procurement Manager.- Expedite submission of bids to ensure they are received on time as per bid submission dates or extended bid submission time as needed.- Perform commercial evaluation of bids and prepare the Recommendation for Award for approval for placement of Letter of Intent / Purchase Order.- Previous exposure to pipeline, construction and commissioning phases is mandatory.- For E&I Procurement Engineer, Industry Knowledge / instrumentation & electrical materials knowledge is must.
